Italian Baroque Antique Secretary Desk

Handmade in the 1940's, this sensational Italian Baroque style secretary desk has a bookcase top and luscious curves.
Walnut and burl with lavish banding, the original finish is excellent with slight crazing or crackling as would be expected.
The drop front covers tiny compartments and drawers inside, the lower drawers have serpentine curved fronts. Hardware is original on this antique furniture, and the bookcase section is removable for delivery.
Dimensions are 37" wide, 20" deep, 7'4" tall and the writing surface is 30" above the floor.
