Hand crafted in Italy in the 1920's, this spectacular round center, game or dining table has glorious inlaid marquetry banding and floral motifs.
A sunburst design includes tulipwood, kingwood, walnut burl, mahogany and other exotic species - all are richly figured.
The satiny finish is in excellent condition with glowing patina and minor touchups at the edges. Resting on a substantial urn shaped pedestal, there is inlaid brass molding protecting the base.
This imposing furniture measures 48 1/2" diameter, 30" tall and legroom is over 26" underneath.
