Pair of Antique Carved Benches, Stools or Tables

Hand-carved of solid walnut about 1900, this pair of charming little benches or stools might also have been chairside tables for a book and a drink. Tops are carved from single planks, and there are small shrinkage separations.

The finish is excellent, there are wooden pegs plus mortise and tenon construction on this rugged antique furniture. Size is 21 1/2" long, 13" wide and 16" tall.
