This Victrola or Victor Talking Machine record player is model VV-215 from around 1915. The mahogany case has a warm brown original finish, and is in very fine condition with only minor scratches and a little crazing or crackling from age for character. Hardware is all original.
This player works well, the speed control is operational and there is an automatic shutoff at the end of play. The spring motor is in good running order, original instructions are included. Volume control is soft (both doors closed), medium (one door open) and loud (both doors open).
In the lower record storage area are original albums with various records. The famous "His Master's Voice" design with the dog "Nipper" is under the lid.
Measurements of this nostalgic American antique are 32" wide excluding the removable crank, 21" deep and 34" tall when the lid is closed.
