A genuine "Edison Home Phonograph" includes a large "morning glory" horn signed "Thomas A. Edison Home." The adjustable nickel "crane" or detachable horn holder is a modern replacement. A couple of cylinder records are included to play. The quarter sawn oak case and cover are all original with crackled varnish. Date of the last patent is "May 22, 1906."
This antique Home B record player is in superb operating condition, it has been newly serviced and lubricated and plays 2 minute cylinder records. The horn has wear, dents and scratches to the original unretouched finish and pinstriping, see photos. A rubber connector is new.
Size of this nostalgic American antique is 16" long, 10" deep and 13" tall excluding the removable crank. The morning glory horn is 34" long and 22" diameter.
