Pair of Tiger Maple Antique 1910 Twin Single Beds

A pair of solid tiger maple poster beds from about 1910 fit standard twin or single mattresses as shown. The strong frames have a gleaming finish in excellent condition that enhances the wonderful striped grain.

Modern steel siderails support a wood platform (also called a pallet or bunky board) that is used instead of a spring unit, if desired it can be covered with a dust ruffle. A 7" tall mattress is shown in photos.

"Cannon ball" posts are substantial on this American made antique furniture. These classic beds measure 40" wide, 83" long and 52" tall.
