Wilcox Paisley Silverplate Centerpiece Flower Arranger

A silver plate centerpiece flower arranger from about 1915 is signed "Wilcox by International, Paisley" pattern.

Intricately engraved, the silver is in very good condition with a little wear, scratching and dings, see photos.
