Arts & Crafts Mission Oak Secretary Desk & Bookcase

A genuine Arts and Crafts or Mission Oak period antique, a combination secretary desk and bookcase dates from about 1910.

Solid oak furniture with wavy glass, the finish is excellent with a few mars and chips for character, see photos. Book shelves are adjustable. Inside the desk are tiny cubicles and a drawer for papers.

The signature label on the back from "Rockford Chair and Furniture, Rockford, Illinois," survives.

Measurements of this exceptional side by side desk are 42" wide, 63" tall and 13" deep. The surface area of the drop down desk is 27" from the floor.
