Victorian 1885 Antique Cabinet with Folding Child Size Bed

An all original Victorian 1885 era folding child size bed closes to a cabinet, and would also be nice for a spoiled Great Dane.

The finish is remarkably well preserved on solid walnut with some mars at the edges for antique character. A wealthy cousin of the "Murphy" bed, this American made luxury version was presumably intended for a visiting toddler size heir or heiress.

Fun for displaying teddy bears or dolls, this remarkable furniture would need a foam mattress or futon to use for sleeping.

Size closed is 27" wide, 34" tall and 24" deep, open size is 5' 1" long.
