Victorian 1870 Antique Corner Shelf, Carved Griffins

Hand carved of solid walnut about 1870 during the Victorian period, a picturesque corner shelf has griffin and cornucopia or horn of plenty motifs.

The original finish is very well preserved and has been waxed and buffed so that only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its warm patina.

American made, size is 9" on each side and 31" tall.
