Baker Breakfront China Cabinet or Bookcase

Signed by premier American maker, "Baker," a classic Georgian design breakfront china display cabinet or bookcase from about 1950 has a pull out desk.

Mahogany wood is accented with flame grain panels and inlaid banded oval medallions. The finish is in very fine condition and has been revarnished - see photos. It has warm patina and a little crazing for character.

Individual glass panes are slightly convex, door locks operate with a key. Interior adjustable shelves have grooves to display plates. The drop front desk has original gold tooled leather on this traditional American made furniture.

Two separate pieces for easier moving, size is 76" wide, 15" deep and 7' 10" tall to the top of the pierced pediment.
