Chest on Legs, 1900 Antique Silver, Collector Cabinet or TV Console

Hand carved in Scandinavia around 1900, this chest on legs with a drop front was intended for silver, today it is also functional as a collector cabinet or tv console.

The exterior is curly birch, the locking front panel is gorgeous inlaid marquetry of curly birdseye maple and elm burl.

Inside are tiny oak drawers with hand cut dovetail joints. The finish is in excellent condition on this antique European furniture.

Dimensions are 47" wide, 20" deep and 27" tall.
