A late Victorian or Eastlake period solid walnut hall or "pier" mirror has a marble shelf and dates from the 1880's. The finish is in excellent condition with warm antique patina.
There is delicate incised "spoon" or chip carving, characteristic of the era on this American made furniture.
The original plate glass mirror has antique "smoke" to show its age, if this is not charming, it can be replaced or resilvered as desired. The marble has been polished and sealed to resist stains.
Size is 37" wide, 13" deep and 7' 9" tall.
