Victorian 1860's Walnut Secretary Desk & Bookcase Top

A Victorian 1860's era hand crafted secretary desk has a bookcase top. Solid walnut with beautifully figured panels and drawer fronts, the finish is in excellent condition. There are shrinkage separations from age and a few ink stains inside for antique character, see photos.

Drawers have original knobs with wooden screws and hand cut dovetail joints. Glass original and shelves adjust on wooden supports. Locks on doors and drop are working and there is a saddle leather writing area.

Two separate pieces for easier moving, size is 42" wide, 22" deep and 86" tall.
