Midcentury Modern 5 Pc. Curly Birdseye Maple Bedroom Set, 1950's Vintage

A beautiful minimalist Midcentury Modern five piece bedroom set is curly or "birdseye" maple, dating from the 1950's.

A full size bed, tall chest, nightstand, dressing table with beveled mirror and bench are included. The finish is in excellent condition, enhancing the beautiful, intricate wood grain.

This unsigned vintage furniture is American made. Hardware and feet are original, drawers have solid oak dovetailed sides. The bed includes an upholstered "bunky board" or platform to use instead of a spring unit to keep the profile lower when using a standard full or double size mattress, like the demonstrator in photos. Size is 57" wide, 80" long, the headboard is 31" tall and the footboard is 24" high. Measurements of the tall chest are 34" wide, 19" deep and 49" tall.

The dressing table or vanity is 46" wide, 19" deep and 64" tall including the removable beveled mirror.

Newly upholstered in authentic fabric, the bench is 27" wide, 15" deep and 19" tall. Nightstand dimensions are 17" wide, 14" deep and 27 1/2" tall.
