Signed by famous maker, "Macey," this stacking lawyer's bookcase from about 1905 is quarter sawn oak. The unusual side by side design is wider than most, with six doors in three separate stacking sections, plus a base and top. Original wavy glass doors have brass knobs on this
American made library or office furniture. Sections completely disassemble, and fit books up to 10" wide and 9 1/2," 11," and 13" tall. The original finish is very well preserved with a few stains and mars for antique character. Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain their luster is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth.
Overall dimensions are 52" wide, 12" deep and 46" tall. The matching bookcase in photos is priced and sold separately, call or email for availability.
