Austrian 1880 Antique Walnut Semainier Tall Lingerie Chest of Drawers

This "semainier" or tall lingerie chest has seven drawers, one for each day of the week. Hand crafted in Austria about 1880, this antique furniture has a superb finish.

Matched walnut burl is beautifully figured. Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints. Nickel hardware is all of the period, but does not match, see photos.

Measurements are 29" wide, 20" deep and 53" tall.
