Music Cabinet, 1900 Antique Burnt Wood Mozart Carving

Originally made to hold sheet music, this 1900 era cabinet has burned wood or "pyrographic" carving including the head of famed music composer, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Maple wood was covered with hand carving, using heated chisels.

The finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique furniture. The door is slightly warped as shown and has a working lock and key.

Size is 18 1/2" wide, 16" deep and 36" tall.
