Georgian Chippendale 1940's Vintage Mahogany Cedar Lined Blanket Chest or Trunk

This cedar lined blanket chest or trunk has a mahogany exterior, carved in the classic Georgian Chippendale manner.

The restored finish is in excellent condition with a couple of dings in the top for a little character, see photos. Shell motif and claw and ball feet are authentic on this American made vintage furniture, the maker's signature is lost. The original lock is removed for safety but included.

Measurements are 42" wide, 21" deep and 30 1/2" tall.
