Oak Vintage Paneled Executive or Library Desk, Signed Alex Stewart

A large executive or library desk from about 30 years ago is signed, "Alex Stuart Design, Chatsworth, Cal." The restored finish on oak with walnut pegs is in excellent condition on this grandly scaled American crafted furniture, made for a law office.

Raised panels have deep moldings. Two hanging file drawers have adjustable letter or legal size. A key operates both side drawer locks. All drawers have smooth gliding steel roller mechanisms. There are two pull out shelves plus an interview shelf on the other side.

Size is 6' 8" wide, 38" deep, 29" tall, the generous kneehole is 34" wide and 25" tall.
