Egyptian Bronze Scarab Sculpture or Paperweight, Hieroglyphics

A bronze scarab or beetle was a sacred object in ancient Egypt. This sculpture is embossed with hieroglyphic writing on the bottom side.

About 75 years old, this is a replica of an ancient original from a tomb.

Size is 3 1/2" long, 2 1/4" wide and 1 3/4" tall.
