Oak 1895 Antique Swivel Adjustable Desk Chair, Leather Seat

A gracefully curved swivel desk chair from about 1895 is solid quarter sawn oak. Reglued to serve another generation, the renewed deep finish is in excellent condition. The seat is newly upholstered in saddle leather, the back is woven cane. Ball bearing wheels are replacements on this American made antique office or library furniture. The cast iron mechanism has adjustable height and tilt, embossed "Pat. Applied For." Measurements are 21" wide, 23" deep, 40" tall as shown (adjustable up and down), and the seat is 21" high and 17" deep.
