A table top "Model 109" of the famous Victor Talking Machine was made for the English market about 1915, sold by "Gramophone Co., Hayes, Middlesex."
The original finish on mahogany is very well preserved, and has been waxed and buffed so that all that is needed to maintain the warm patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth.
In excellent playing condition, there is a speed control, off and on are automatic when the arm is moved. Volume control is soft (both doors closed), medium (one door open) and loud, (both doors open).
Several 78 rpm records are included with this antique Victrola record player.
Size is 16" wide excluding the removable handle, 18" deep and 13 1/2" tall.
