A marvelous corner bookcase was hand crafted of solid walnut about 1920 in Scandinavia.
Curved panels are carved with classical motifs. Shelves are adjustable on this understated library furniture. A key works all door locks except the curved door, it is a handle only to open that door.
The restored deep finish is in excellent condition, preserving minor mars at the edges for antique character, see photos. Hand cut dovetail joints are visible on the backside.
The upper and lower sections are both two separate pieces for easier delivery, but measurements must be taken to be certain of access for these large pieces. To fit together precisely, leveling would be needed.
Dimensions are 71" tall, 23 1/2" deep and the right side is 9' 1" wide with the corner piece 44" wide, and the left is 39 1/2" wide.
The matching smaller bookcase in photos is priced and sold separately, call or email for availability.
