English Style Vintage Hall Porter Chair with Hood & Arms, Tufted Leather

A traditional English style "hall porter's" chair has a "hood" to stave off drafts in an old manor house.

About 40 years old, this American made vintage furniture has a cozy arched hood. Deeply tufted leather upholstery is subtly distressed to look "antique," and is soft and supple. The base is mahogany with a fine original finish.

Size is 34" wide, 33" deep, 60" tall and the seat is 20" wide and 22" high.
