Italian Baroque Antique 1890 Walnut & Burl Armoire, Beveled Mirror #26440

A very grand Italian Baroque armoire or wardrobe from about 1890 has an original beveled mirror door. Matched burl panels and convex oval medallions are striking on this antique furniture from Naples in southern Italy.

The restored finish is in very good condition, preserving mars, shrinkage separations and irregularities for antique character. Wormy walnut has glowing patina.

A large drawer has hand cut dovetail joints. The interior is empty and could be fitted with a closet pole or shelves as desired. For easier delivery, this historic piece can be disassembled.

Size is 37" wide, 18" deep and 97" tall.
