Carpenter Antique 1900 Maple Workbench, Kitchen Island, Wine Tasting Table

An 1900's workbench salvaged from a carpentry shop could serve as a kitchen island or wine and cheese tasting table.

Solid maple, the excellent restored finish preserves lots of mars, stains and shrinkage separations from age for antique character. There are various plugs in the top.

This rugged American made furniture has an iron vise clamp and a raisable iron "shop dog" to brace projects, signed "Morrill Pat." Drawers have embossed cast iron pulls.

The top lifts off for easier moving. Dimensions are almost 7' long, 30" deep excluding the vise handle and 35 1/2" tall.
