Carved Antique Scandinavian Chair, Needlepoint & Petit Point Upholstery

Hand carved of solid beech in Scandinavia about 1915, this armchair has old hand stitched needlepoint and genuine petit point upholstery with brass nailhead trim.

The original finish is in very fine condition on this antique furniture. The frame is tight and strong and the seat is comfortable. There is some wear and fading plus a small hole worn in the seat of the upholstery, see photos.

Measurements are 23" wide, 25" deep, 37" tall and the seat is 16" high.
