Victorian Carved Oak Antique 1900 Side by Side Secretary Desk & Bookcase

A Victorian period "side by side" secretary desk and bookcase was carved of solid oak in the very early 1900's.

The restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique furniture, preserving a couple of ink stains for a little character.

There are keys for the drop front and bookcase door, which has original wavy glass. Shelves are adjustable. Brass hardware is original, drawers have dovetailed joints. The shaped and beveled mirror has a little "smoke" or shadow to show its age.

Size is 47" wide, 17" deep, 29" deep when writing desk is opened and 73" tall. The writing surface is 28" tall.
