A country pine "dry sink" was used with a dishpan for washing dished, and was hand crafted in the 1860's of wide planks. This primitive kitchen pantry furniture has square nails and joints with wooden pegs. Doors have chamfered panels.
The restored finish is in very fine condition, preserving loads of mars, stains, losses and shrinkage separations from age for antique character. A latch and porcelain knob on the door appear original on this American made farmhouse kitchen pantry furniture.
Measurements are 44 1/2" wide, 20" deep and 37" tall.
