Walnut, Burl & Marquetry Antique Full or Double Size Bed, Signed #29384

A marvelous curved full or double size bed is walnut with matched burl and inlaid marquetry designs and banding. This American made antique furniture dates from about 1920. The maker's signature barely survives, "Peck & Hills, NY & LA."

The restored gleaming finish is in excellent condition, preserving worn hand painted original green accents, see photos. The demonstrator mattress and spring unit in photos is 18" thick together and fits snugly. Wood cross supports are included as shown.

Size is 57" wide, 78" long, the headboard is 50" tall and the footboard is 33" high.
