Oak French Antique Wine Cabinet, Jester, Knight, Bird, Unicorn Motifs #29858

A spectacular china, wine or bar cabinet from France was hand carved with court jesters, a lady and a unicorn, a knight in armor, birds, grapevines and linen fold panels. Solid oak and beech, the three dimensional figures are exceptionally artistic. Dating from about 1915, wrought iron hardware is original.

The top of the base has been revarnished for durability, the rest of the original finish is very well preserved. Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain the warm luster is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth.

Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints, locks have working keys on this antique furniture. The upper section is separate for easier delivery.

Measurements are 91" wide tip to tip, 21" deep and 75 1/2" tall.
