Victorian Antique Walnut Shadow Box, French Bisque Hunter Sculpture #30340

An American Victorian period shadow box from about 1860 is solid walnut with genuine gold leaf liners and an excellent original finish.

Inside is a hand made French bisque porcelain figure of a hunter on horseback. Delicately hand painted, it is about the same age and mounted on an ebonized round frame.

The back with a velvet mat is replaced on this antique work of art.

Size is 24" across and 5" deep.
