Art Deco Waterfall 1930's Vintage King Size 3 Pc. Bedroom Set #30740

A "waterfall" design Art Deco three piece bedroom set from the late 1930's includes a king size bed, and a pair of similar nightstands. No maker's signature survives.

The restored deep finish is in excellent condition on diamond matched walnut, burl, cherry and mahogany with inlaid banding. Richly figured wood grain is beautiful on this American made vintage furniture.

The bed has been expertly adapted to fit a standard modern king size mattress as shown, the demonstrator set in photos is 18" thick together. Wood support cross pieces with center support legs are included as shown.

Measurements are 81" wide, 89" long, the headboard is 58" tall and the footboard is 24" high.

Nightstands have drawers with solid oak sides, dovetail joints and original pulls. Nightstands are 12 1/2" wide, 18" deep and 28" tall.
