Midcentury Modern Reception Podium, Lectern or Stand Up Desk #30781

A sleek Midcentury Modern podium, lectern, reception, stand up or stool height desk from about 25 years ago is solid golden birch with mahogany inlaid banding. Expertly crafted in Scandinavia, no maker's signature survives on this vintage furniture.

The original finish is in extremely fine condition with only minor mars at the edges, see photos. Drawers have working locks and dovetail joints on this sturdy desk. There is a lip for papers or books on the slanted desktop plus a pencil groove at the rear.

Measurements are 31 1/2" wide, 24" deep, 42" tall at the front and 47" tall at the back.
