This Arts and Crafts or Mission Oak period oil or kerosene lamp from about 1905 was converted to electricity. We have been told the maker is "W.B. Brown of Bluffton, IN," and the original catalog page and cover are attached. The lamp was solid in oil, gas and electric versions.
The solid quarter sawn oak frame is in very fine condition, the brass oil font is signed, "Miller." When electrified, the font was pierced and will not hold oil.
The old finish on the frame is in very good condition on this American made antique Craftsman lamp. Stained glass panels are undamaged. The standard base socket has a pull chain switch, bulb not included.
Size is 15" x 15" and 21" tall.
