A Craftsman library table, desk or dining table is boldly grained quarter sawn oak, and dates from about 1915. The signature, "Library Bureau, Sole Makers" refers to the Carnegie Foundation, which commissioned pieces like this for libraries across the country.
The restored finish is in excellent condition and preserves some mars on the legs for a little antique character, see photos. This rugged office or library furniture is American made.
Size is 60" long, 36" wide and 30 1/2" tall with almost 25" of legroom underneath.
