Victorian Antique Chestnut Sideboard, Server, Buffet, Marble Top, #31660

A Victorian period sideboard, server or buffet was hand carved of solid chestnut with ash burl panels about 1860. The marble top, deeply sculpted moldings and hand carved pulls are beautiful on this American made furniture.

The old finish is very well preserved with warm antique patina, and has been waxed and buffed, so all that is needed to maintain its luster is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints. The marble has some stains as shown and has been polished and sealed with a protective finish.

Measurements are 54 1/2" wide, 20" deep and 37 1/2" tall.
