A mahogany "Edison Disk Phonograph" has two heads, one to play both thick Edison records and also one for thin standard old 78 rpm records. The latest patent date is 1913.
This record player has beautiful tone and gold plated mounts. The diamond needle plays only the thick Edison records, a large group is included. The other head plays Victor and all other brands, there is also a supply of these in the drawer.
There is a sliding "earmuff" volume control, speed and off switch plus lever drop cuing.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, the gold "Edison" signature inside is intact.
Measurements when closed are 20 1/2" wide excluding the removable crank, 20" deep and 45" tall.
