Victorian Eastlake Antique Walnut Library Bookcase #32659

Dating from the late Victorian or Eastlaker period about 1885, this bookcase was carved of solid walnut with burl panels. Doors have a working lock and original wavy glass panes.

The original finish is very well preserved with warm antique patina and a few touchups on this "American made library furniture. Shelves adjust on wooden supports. Drawers have original ring pulls and round or "pin and cove" dovetail joints.

Measurements are 48" wide, 16" deep and 71 1/2" tall.
