A grand three piece mantel clock set from about 1880 has carved red marble bases, and is signed by noted clockmaker, "Dumoulinneu AD Paris, Number 1953." The sculpture of a young woman includes an angel or Cupid statue as well.
The brass movement has been oiled and serviced, and keeps accurate time for a week on a winding. A silvery bell counts the hour and rings the half hour. The hand painted porcelain dial has a beveled glass door on this elegant antique French set.
There are losses to one cupid wing and to a swag of flowers, see photos. Statues and the urns are spelter, a pewter like metal alloy, with an original dark patina finish.
The clock measures 12" wide, 9" deep and 27" tall, urns are 7" x 7" and 20" tall.
We carefully pack and ship Fed Ex or USPS depending on size and destination, starting at $175. Shipping charge added at check out.
Shipping rate based on ground floor delivery from a trusted service provider. Most deliveries occur 14-30 business days from payment, some slightly longer, some shorter.
