A late Victorian or Eastlake period hall stand or coat tree with an umbrella and cane holder was carved of solid mahogany and cherry. There is a round mirror and a brass pan to catch umbrella drips. The "Tennessee Red" marble shelf has been polished and sealed for protection.
The restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique furniture from about 1880. Drawers have dovetail joints, brass hooks are original.
