Italian Art Deco Olive Burl Vanity, Dressing Table, Hall Console & Mirror #32895

A spectacular Art Deco period vanity or dressing table or hall console with a mirror from about 1925 was hand crafted in Italy of matched olive wood burl. Carvings are done by the hand of a master.

The restored rich finish is in excellent condition, preserving some shrinkage separations from age and irregularities of the intricate burl grain, see photos.

Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints and original pulls with bakelite mounts. There is a hint of antique "smoke" to the original shaped and beveled mirror.

Dimensions of the base are 43" wide, 16" deep and 27" tall, the mirror is 21" wide, 45" tall and 1 1/2" deep.
