Shipper: STORE PICK UP
An exceptional French marble mantel clock from about 1880 has a genuine bronze sculpture and is signed "Ro???, Paris." The statue depicts a seated woman holding a bird and waving her bouquet at a small snake. There are gold plated foliage accents on this work of art, which has no artist signature that we see.
The original brass movement has been professionally cleaned and oiled, and keeps excellent time for a week on a winding. A soft silvery bell counts the hour and strikes the half hour.
There are small rough spots on some corners of the marble plus a hairline in the porcelain dial, see photos. The front bezel has beveled glass and there is another glass door on the backside.
Measurements are 14" wide, 6" deep and 17" tall.
We carefully pack and ship Fed Ex or USPS depending on size and destination, starting at $125. Shipping charge added at check out.
Shipping rate based on ground floor delivery from a trusted service provider. Most deliveries occur 14-30 business days from payment, some slightly longer, some shorter.
