Watercolor Antique Painting Pammy Wash, Sussex, Signed #33154

A wonderful little watercolor from around 1900 depicts "Pammy Wash," a flood area near Sussex in England, the tiny signature is "L. C. Powles???." This work of art has remarkably fine and delicate brushwork and colors.

There is a later mat and simple oak frame on this work of art, plus notes on the back side.

Overall size is 14" x 12" and 1/2" deep.
