Pair Antique 1770 Scottish Signed Sterling Silver Serving Spoons, Motto #33662

A pair of Georgian period sterling silver serving spoons have the "thistle" mark for Edinburgh, Scotland, and "WS" maker's mark from 1769-1770.

Size is 8 1/2" and weight is 10 troy oz.

On the back is the family "Sun" crest and motto "Illumino," Latin for Light. These hand made spoons are heavy weight with clean lines.
