Chinese Rosewood Vintage Folding Tray Table, Inlaid Pearl Marquetry #33663

An exquisite low folding table was hand carved of solid rosewood with remarkable inlaid mother of pearl in traditional butterfly and deer motifs.

This vintage Chinese furniture was used when seated on cushions for tea and treats. It could also be used as a breakfast in bed tray, or folded and hung on the wall as art. The hand rubbed and polished finish is in extremely fine condition, there is a restoration to the rim, see photos.

Size is 24" across and 9" tall or 3" tall when legs are folded underneath.
