This Russian antique solid brass samovar or hot water tea kettle is stamped "1910" and "1907", with inscriptions stamped in both Arabic and Russian.
A hissing hot samovar was a sign of hospitality in every Russian novel, hot coals were placed in the center chimney to boil water for tea.
This antique samovar has a leaky spigot, does not hold water, and is decorative only.
Measurements are 8 " x 11" and 18" tall.
