A true partners' desk for two partners facing each other is from the Arts & Crafts or Mission oak period around 1910. Maker's signature decal reads "Standard of Herkimer, New York" and there is a brass plaque "Wests of Milwaukee" who sold the desk to "Wisconsin Electric Power Company" on a another plate.
Quarter sawn oak has bold grain. Each partner has a set of 6 drawers, including a file drawer, and 2 pull-out shelves.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving lots of wear and mars for antique character. Drawers have dovetail joints and carved pulls. There are brass protectors around the knee holes.
This American made Craftsman period office or library desk disassembles for easy delivery.
Measurements are 60" long, 48" deep, 31" tall. Legroom is 25" high.
Shipping rate based on ground floor delivery from a trusted service provider. Most deliveries occur 14-30 business days from payment, some slightly longer, some shorter.
