Louis XV Style Antique French Full Double Size Hand Carved Walnut Bed #34243

A traditional Louis XV design bed was hand carved of walnut with matched grain panels about 1900. The pierced crest with a rose motif is exceptionally artistic on this antique furniture from France.

The original finish is very well preserved and has been waxed and buffed, so all that is needed to maintain the warm patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth.

A demonstrator full or double size mattress and spring unit in photos are 20" thick together. Wood cross supports and modern steel side rails are included as shown.

Measurements are 61" wide, 80" long, the headboard is 67" tall and the foot board is 38" high.
